Full Job Description

The Corporate Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving the growth and strategic direction of our company through mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and other pivotal initiatives. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record in corporate development or investment banking!

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Corporate development experience in relevant space for a tier 1 global TMT business, evidencing strong value creation

  • Consistent track record of successfully driving M&A transactions and strategic partnerships

  • Strong understanding of the UK and relevant foreign TMT markets evolution, and expected strategies of major market players and their owners

  • Strong background of driving corporate development initiatives to closure

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to find opportunities, solve problems, and drive results in a fast-paced environment., Excellent team-working and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships and forming effective project teams across the business and external parties

  • Corporate development experience in adjacent markets, digital, finance, retail.

  • Stakeholder collaboration with cross-functional teams to assess potential M&A opportunities and develop strategic recommendations for the executive team.

  • Financial modelling to evaluate the financial impact of potential transactions and strategic initiatives.

  • Flexibility to work from the Hammersmith office.
