Credit Controller / Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Credit Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the debts of creditors and ensuring timely payments.

• Duties:


- Chasing overdue invoices by telephone, email, and letter

- Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices

- Posting and allocating daily receipts to accounting systems

- Providing accounts information to internal departments

- Ensuring monthly statements are sent to all customers

- Reconciling complex accounts and transactions

Proven work experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar role

- Knowledge of accounting software

- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

- Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively


• Nice-to-Have Skills:


- Experience with accounts payable processes
