    We are looking for a Customer Resolutions Advisor (known internally as a Sales Support Specialist) to join our customer service team in our Brighton office. This role is ideal for anyone who cares deeply about people having amazing customer experiences. This is a rare opportunity to make your mark, in a fun, diverse and friendly environment with enthusiastic colleagues.

    What you will do:
  • You'll be the kind, understanding voice at the other end of the phone (responding to inbound and outbound calls) to our customers.

  • Answer general written customer service queries across all of our communication platforms.

  • You will own post-sale customer queries collaborating externally and internally with other teams across the company to find a resolution.

  • You'll be making an impact and trusted to use your integrity to deliver a quality outcome for both Sellers and Buyers.
