Full Job Description

During the first stage of your career, you will learn everything about providing great customer service in our UK Contact Centre's Business Rental Department. This will provide you with a solid foundation to progress to a future career in management.

During the first year, your responsibilities will be:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via the telephone and via written communication

  • Providing administrative support to your team, departments and branches

  • Updating internal databases and systems with a commitment to attention to detail

  • Building internal and external relationships and communicating on a variety of levels, Regardless of your socio-economic and educational background, Enterprise will always look at how you perform against our competencies and will judge you on that alone.

  • Aldershot has great transportation links to other areas in Hampshire and Surrey such as: Farnborough, Farnham, Camberley, Fleet, Basingstoke, Guildford and Woking.

    We are seeking candidates who are passionate about delivering excellent service, hard working and motivated apprentices to join our team in the Aldershot., A customer first mentality with great communication skills both verbally and written

  • Good PC skills

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Enjoy working as part of a team

  • Organisation skills

  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn

  • A Levels or equivalent would be advantageous

  • Must be able to commute to our Aldershot office and Farnborough College of Technology

  • You will initially undertake a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship. We are a company that really does reward hard work and if you perform within this period, you will have the opportunity to progress to a Level 5 Management Apprenticeship.

    An apprenticeship is a fantastic route into the sector. It offers a great opportunity to get real work experience while you gain qualifications and earn a salary.
