Full Job Description

Addressing customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat.- Pursuing promising leads and processing customer orders.- Executing operational duties with accuracy.- Coordinating with other teams to ensure seamless operations.- Maintaining high standards while managing your own workload.- Overseeing the customer service team and guiding them towards meeting end-term objectives.- Ensuring the attainment of all marketing goals.- Resolving escalations and complaints in a fair manner.

Must have Requirements:

- At least 5 years of recent customer/sales service experience.

- Proficient in computer usage, with good typing skills and familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.

- Eligibility to work in the UK.

- Similar background/Industry experience.

- Able to occasional travel will be necessary.

- Communication skills.

- Able to speak to customers over the phone or face to face in a professional manner.

- Experience in dealing with escalations in a timely manner.

- Experience within a B2C business.,

    Nustone is a fast-growing e-commerce company at the forefront of the Landscape Industry.

    Salary range: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, based on experience.- 28 days holiday, including bank holidays.


  • - Regular business hours: Monday - Saturday, 8am - 5pm, with some flexibility required.
