Customer Support & Sales Advisor

+ Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers, and answering customer enquiries across a variety of platforms; such as inbound calls, email, web chat etc. Effectively handling customer complaints and escalations.
+ Process all customer orders, adhering to policies surrounding the prescription of medicine and GDPR regulations
+ Proactively maximise opportunities to sell by upselling, cross-selling or growing account spending by increasing sales at every opportunity.
+ Providing support and working closely with the Company's Field base Sales Representatives and satellite Sales teams across the DD family.
+ Work towards the departmental KPIs surrounding productivity, response times and compliance with quality standards set.
+ Support back office administrative tasks where necessary and continue to develop product and systems knowledge.
