    What you'll do
    Our Data domain is essential to the success of Vodafone UK as a data driven organsiation. We are recruiting a Demand & Capacity Lead to manage demand, deliver IT Changes & provide support to strategic programmes.

  • You will manage the demand into the Data Domain from Vodafone business units and strategic programmes, assessing the impact and agreeing prioritisation of the demand with senior stakeholders.

  • You will be successfully coordinating the assessment of multiple Shadow IT platforms which are candidates for adoption by the Data Domain.

  • You will be managing a team of technical delivery managers, scrum masters and project managers to deliver the demand in the most effective way. The team consists of 5-6 UK Vodafone FTEs and 20+ Off-shore Vodafone FTEs.

  • You will ensure full utilisation of the Data Domain resources and forecast resource requirements based on demand.

  • You will manage and report on Data Domain Opex and Capex spend, to ensure that the domain spend matches forecast.


  • Who you are
  • You will preferably be a proven leader who can inspire and motivate a team of project delivery managers, scrum masters and suppliers.

  • You will preferably have experience in managing both CAPEX and OPEX budgets.

  • You will demonstrate experience in IT technical delivery.

  • You will demonstrate the ability to interact with senior stakeholders at various stages of projects.

  • You will preferably have experience of working with a blend of on-shore and off-shore teams.

  • You will be driven, motivated and who demonstrate remaining calm under pressure.

  • You will preferably have experience of transformation of a team to operate in Scaled Agile methodologies.
