Full Job Description

As an Dealer Account Manager, you will be responsible for working with a range of manufacturers and supporting their dealer teams as they lease out cars and so be on hand to answer any queries they or their customer have. This role will involve an element of selling as well as Account Management but is ultimately about relationship building. Your primary role will be to help the dealer teams achieve maximum sales as smoothly as possible. They will have targets and will look to you to make sure these are hit by offering timely support and advice. In essence, you will be their day-to-day go to facilitator. These roles will be challenging but rewarding for the right people.

We are looking for an outstanding Account Manager. The best of the best, as you will be looking after some of our premier customers. Relationships are what makes you tick and you will stop at nothing to ensure your customers are pampered to blushing point. You will have an excellent telephone manner, thrive working in a fast-paced environment and be used to taking ownership of all that is thrown at you whilst demonstrating complete professionalism and tact. A 'thick skin' and an agile mind are pre requisites along with the ability to multi task. We need people who can happily negotiate and come to work with a finely tuned sense of humour.

This is a Pay Zone A4 role with a salary range of up to £26,000 and an annual bonus of up to £1,000.
