Full Job Description

  • Manage the long range planning activities, ensure the viability of demand from each of the respective business units.

  • Maintain alignment between business units, identifying conflicts, risks or issues as appropriate

  • Manage the impact of change within the portfolio in terms of timescales, cost and quality

  • Maintain alignment of the relevant engineering function to ensure teams are right sized to deliver to agreed plans

  • Build and maintain data models to monitor and control capacity utilisation

    A strong data, reporting and analytics background with an understanding of to identify emerging risks

  • Excellent communication skills and confidence to work at all levels within an organisation

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple work streams in parallel where there are tight delivery milestones

  • Strong numerical analytical skills, being able to problem solve to pull out key patterns and trends
