Full Job Description
Due to an internal restructure our client is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join a busy and successful marketing team for an award winning manufacturing client in Redditch. As a Digital Marketing Executive with us, you'll be at the forefront of planning, implementing, and managing cutting-edge digital marketing campaigns. Your role will be pivotal in boosting brand visibility, engaging their audience, and driving leads and increasing revenue. What You'll Do:
- Dive into crafting and optimising digital marketing campaigns across diverse online channels-think social media, search engines, and email marketing.
- Be the creative mind behind our social media content, website updates, and engaging email campaigns to elevate our brand's presence and captivate our audience.
- Explore market trends and analyse competitor strategies to shape our campaign strategies for maximum impact.
- Keep a keen eye on campaign metrics and use data-driven insights to fine-tune strategies for optimal results.
- Collaborate closely with various teams to align marketing strategies with our company's goals and brand identity.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest digital marketing trends and implement innovative solutions to enhance campaign performance.
- Work across multiple brands within our group, contributing your expertise and creativity to each project.
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, showcasing hands-on expertise in digital advertising, content creation, and campaign management.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
- Sharp analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for crafting content and managing social media.
- Adobe Creative Suite skills or equivalent.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and website optimisation best practices.
- A flair for creative thinking and the ability to explore unconventional solutions.
- Strong project management and organisational prowess.
In return you can expect to receive a basic salary of between £25,000-£35,000 depending on your skills and experience. There is free parking on site, and this is an office based role working hours are 8-5pm Monday to Friday.
