Full Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager who is passionate about implementing digital strategies & tactics to drive brand awareness and to increase overall UK&I sales revenue.

The position requires a candidate who understands both traditional and digital marketing activities, with strong analytical abilities and experience of using data to inform, plan and target campaigns effectively.

The role will have responsibility to lead and execute UK& I Web and Digital marketing efforts to support sales, event, content, and brand insight to drive growth in online traffic, engagement and revenue.

Responsibilities

Digital Management

  • Build the UK&I digital marketing roadmap

  • Develop, implement & manage the overall UK & I Digital strategy

  • Working with the regional team, plan, execute, and optimise all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, and digital advertising campaigns, to increase on-line visibility, accessibility, and equity in line with established messaging.

  • Business owner for digital analytics, demonstrating and feeding back on the benefits of data driven decision making to optimise our customer journey

  • Track campaign progress, measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns with assessment against budgets and goals (ROI and KPIs).

  • Support the continuous improvement of marketing automation. E.g. the management of email marketing programmes, including: logic paths, mailing lists, and communications content within the CRM. Monitor and report the CRM operational effectiveness, and support related governance processes that improve target audience delivery and engagement.

  • Webmaster for UKI website, ensuring all content is fresh, up to date, is in-line with corporate guidelines, and the site is performing at optimal capacity to deliver a positive user experience.

  • Use & implement digital marketing tools to synchronise the buyers' journey with InterSystems sales processes, i.e. SEO optimisation, Google AdWords, LinkedIn, YouTube advertising, etc.

  • Identify, collaborate & monitor the work of the third parties & digital agencies as requested and ensure that goals are being achieved to the agreed quality standards within the agreed budgets


  • Teamwork

  • Work collaboratively with local and international colleagues to achieve, within budget, the local and corporate marketing plan objectives

  • Work closely with the UK & I Marketing Team on campaigns by using a variety of digital marketing channels carefully selected to suit target personas, to strategically take the audience through their buying journey and to control persona-oriented content to drip feed the right information at the right stage of the journey.

  • Collaborate with relevant colleagues to create landing pages that optimize user experiences and support the marketing communications, sales pipeline, and attainment of the company objectives.

  • Be the Marketing CRM point-person for any troubleshooting and drive continuous improvement to ensure the CRM meets the business' evolving needs.

  • Create impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities, Responsible for managing all SEO activities for UK&I such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings and drive continuous organic traffic

  • Work with the regional marketing team to research and implement content recommendations to inform campaign strategies and content for organic SEO success aligned with key business objectives and strategic growth priorities

  • Perform ongoing keyword research, including discovery & expansion of keyword opportunities

  • Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects


  • Digital Advertising

  • Develop the digital advertising strategies in line with the marketing objectives and budget

  • Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media paid campaigns


  • Website

  • Ownership of all UK & I website content. Including optimising pages, building pages, and measuring performance.

  • Experience with CMS - preferably Brightspot

  • Build relationships and work closely with the Corporate Digital Marketing

  • Work closely with the Regional Marketing Director & wider marketing team to provide monthly reports on performance against KPIs and measurements.


  • Campaigns and Marketing Services

  • Support colleagues, partners, and customers with appropriate communications and digital marketing tools and assets that assist them with communications, solution adoption, and community nurturing.

  • Support the team in delivering targeted marketing strategies, including create EDM in various forms including but not limited to a monthly newsletter.

  • Manage & work with the events coordinator for digital support on industry and InterSystems' local events and participation, and or support third-party events from concept through to follow-through activities including tradeshows, conferences, seminars, webcasts, customer Go-Live milestones meetings, and User groups.

  • Manage adverts schedule, brief and liaise with regional/corporate teams & agencies

  • Gather continuously information on new digital opportunities and tools to ensure that the local management and supporting teams are fully apprised of opportunities for enhancing InterSystems brands.

    2+ years prior experience in a digital marketing role, preferably with a background in the IT or technology sector.

  • Knowledge and experience of Google Analytics, and SEO platforms.

  • Proven experience in measurement and demonstrating ROI to the business.

  • Experience in digital advertising

  • Commercially and strategically minded, with a proven track record of providing digital growth insight that deliver both business and customer value

  • Proven experience in creating and maintaining digital vendor relationships

  • Preferably an understanding of the Buyer's journey to improve digital ROI, Degree
