Job Title: Director of Manufacturing

Are you ready to lead, innovate, and drive excellence in manufacturing operations? We're seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Compounding strategy and elevate our manufacturing team to new heights of success.   • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement manufacturing strategies aligned with company goals. Set production targets, optimize resource allocation, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

  • Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, and inventory management. Ensure smooth, efficient production processes in compliance with quality standards.

  • Quality Control: Establish and maintain quality control systems to meet or exceed customer expectations. Implement quality assurance procedures, conduct inspections, and address quality issues promptly.

  • Cost Management: Monitor and control manufacturing costs while maintaining quality and delivery timelines. Identify cost-saving initiatives and drive efficiency improvements.

  • Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the manufacturing team, setting performance expectations, providing guidance, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Develop and enforce safety protocols, conduct audits, and promote a safe working environment.

  • Supplier and Vendor Management: Collaborate with Supply Chain Management to evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials. Act as a senior escalation point for quality and supply issues.

  • Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline processes. Implement Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles to optimize productivity.

  • Stakeholder Relationships: Develop strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and industry partners, to add value to Compounding operations.

    Strong leadership and management skills.

  • Experience in driving change and innovation in a regulated environment.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Strong background in CI Methodologies

  • Analytical and strategic thinking.

  • Budget and financial management expertise.

  • Lean manufacturing background preferred.

  • Previous leadership experience in Compounding or GMP environment.
