Disclosure Officer

The Disclosure Officer Role is a shift base role, required to work 7:30am-3:30pm or 10:30am-6:30pm Monday to Friday with a one in five rostered week of nighttime on-call shifts to include Saturday and Sunday. Although this is a hybrid role, there is a requirement to be in the office in person on a regular basis.,

• To provide information in a timely and accurate manner to authorised third parties such as law enforcement agencies using VMO2 systems in accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation.


• To develop relationships with, and act as the primary contact for, external law enforcement agencies and other third parties.


• Actively always support, company policy and best practice in security with particular emphasis on the protection of sensitive customer information.

• Be prepared to submit and pass security vetting to SC level.


• Knowledge of Investigatory Powers Act, Data Protection and GDPR would be an advantage.


• Be comfortable extracting and collating data from multiple systems.


• To provide expertise to law enforcement agencies on the products and services available from the VMO2 Disclosure team.


• To contribute to the day to day running of the Disclosures Team and to support other team members where vital.
