Full Job Description

As a member of our concierge team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound contacts via calls, webchat, and email.

  • Registering client details and forwarding them to relevant in-branch teams to arrange viewings.

  • Booking property valuations.

  • Completing various administrative tasks for our network of branches, such as creating brochures, floor plans, window cards, editing photos, and data input.

    Competitive basic salary ranging from £21,000 to £24,000 per year, depending on sales experience.

  • Uncapped commission scheme in addition to the basic salary.

  • Dedicated training from day one, with ongoing coaching and development opportunities to advance your career at Spicerhaart., The role will be based from our Howards Estate Agency back office - 158 High St, Gorleston-on-Sea, Great Yarmouth NR31 6RB.

  • You will work a 40-hour week, spread over 5 days. Specific working hours will be determined later in the application process, with shifts falling between 9am and 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 6pm on Saturdays.
