Full Job Description

  • Carry out cleaning routines and ancillary duties in our Rose Hill Community Projects & Outreach Services, as specified by the Service Manager.

  • Regularly and efficiently process laundry and prevent an unnecessary build-up of clothing and linen.

  • Inform the Service Manager of materials and equipment needed to perform your duties.

  • Keep all laundry areas and storerooms clean, hygienic and safe.

  • To work within legal boundaries affecting the post e.g. Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 (and subsequent amendments) and all relevant legislation.

  • Adhering to all COSHH guidelines.

    17.5 hours per week
    3 hrs per day Mon - Fri (5pm - 8pm)
    5 hr shift every other Saturday (6.30am - 11.30am)
    £11.44 per hour (£11.66 per hour after a succesful 6 month probationary period),
