Early years Room Leader - (Nursery Nurse)

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to get the best results from them.
You must have a warm smiling face that makes every child feel special.
The ability to sing in tune is not necessary, however the ability to sing out of tune in front of a crowd is essential.
You must be prepared to feel loved, special and important to many young children and their families.

We are looking for a new Room Leader, personality is more important than years of experience so the role could suit someone who is strong practitioner looking for the next step on the ladder. Contracted to 40 hours per week on a permanent basic.
