Ecommerce Trading Assistant - 12 month FTC

About the Team
The Ocado.com website & app are the shopfronts for our customers and this role is fundamental to ensuring they have the best possible experience. The role requires a high level of attention to detail and organisation to ensure we maintain best practices across all areas of the site.

The Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure new and existing products are tagged into the appropriate aisles.


• Moderate customer reviews, maintaining that only reviews that meet our guidelines are shown on-site.


• Manage any merchandising requests that come from our suppliers.


• Monitor our 'Spill the Beans' channel to capture and allocate out any site issues spotted by colleagues around the business.


• Monitor our 'Spotted a Mistake' reports to capture and allocate out any site issues spotted by customers.


• Set up new product details & images for our M&S non food range.


• Support the wider ecommerce team with various projects and site optimisations as and when required.
