Full Job Description

This part-time (0.6 FTE) post is available immediately on a fixed term contract until 27/09/2024. This role is 21.9hours per week, ideally taken over 3 days, but we can accommodate over 4 days if necessary.

About the Role:

As key members of the Education Support team on the Streatham campus, you'll be part of Building One Hub Teams, contributing to the vibrant learning environment at the University of Exeter. These roles offer a unique opportunity to grow as an administration and customer services professional.

Responsibilities:

Provide advice, guidance, and administrative support to students and staff.
Support the delivery of taught programmes across a diverse range of activities from enrolment to graduation, including student record maintenance, supporting assessment delivery and administration and awarding and progression.
Collaborate within a cross-Faculty team to support undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

We are looking for dynamic and committed individuals with:

Experience working independently and as part of a team.
Excellent customer service skills.
Adaptability in a culture of change and growth.

This role form a vital part of our support services, including delivering a face-to-face service for students and staff, as such, role holders will be expected to work on campus.
