Our manufacturing team produce a wide range of high-performance electrical solutions, to support the growth of renewable energy
Job Description
The main purpose of the role is to carry out all aspects of Winding on the complete range of machines manufactured at Rotating Machines Rugby. The main tasks and activities in this role are to carry out:
- Coil Insertion
- Coil packing
- Wedging and packing
- Blocking and bracing
- Brazing (induction & flame)
- Connecting and cabling
- Previous experience in winding skills
- Follow health and safety regulations
- Read and have an understanding of engineering drawings
- Follow quality procedures and producing high quality work
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
