In this role you will use you specialist knowledge and experience of providing a quality experience to our customers, ensuring all learners and employers are fully engaged with their learning journey from pre-enrolment through to achievement and progression onto other further learning, whilst using your unique edge to keep them engaged and motivated throughout and encourage re-engagement if needed.

As a Enrolment Support Advisor you will...

. Be responsible for the Pre-enrolment and learner onboarding and support distribution

· Book learners and employers onto their enrolment and induction day through a centralised diary

· Be proactive and support with the re-engagement of learners

· Schedule enrolment sessions with Learning & Enrolment Tutors or Personal Tutors to ensure a smooth induction process for all

· Conduct Welfare calls to learners

· Manage partnerships with preferred partner training providers

· GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

. Experience working in a fast-paced role/environment such as call centres, customer advisors, telesales, marketing or recruitment

· Excellent attention to detail and able to provide a quality experience

· Experience of managing own time and resources effectively

. Self-motivator with personal drive and ability to achieve targets and deadlines

· Ability to motivate and engage others

. Exceptional customer experience skills both via email and on the phone
