Full Job Description

Heritage Wills are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong client service focus to join our team as an Estate Planning Consultant. The individual should be driven by a natural and honest passion to seek the best advice for our clients; this will require the applicant to develop their knowledge of the industry through continuous learning. The right applicant will be passionate about our company values and strive to ensure our client's future is safeguarded. The successful candidate for the role of Estate Planning Consultant will have the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Meeting with new and existing clients in the Heritage Wills offices, remotely using video & telephone calls advising them on estate planning solutions.

  • Taking detailed instruction of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Trusts.

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with new and existing clients and potential referrers.

  • Continuous training and development will be provided to ensure advice is relevant at all times.

    In order to be considered for the role of Estate Planning Consultant you will have gained the following skills and experience:

  • Motivated, client focused and eager to learn (essential).

  • Highly organised individual (essential).

  • A keen eye for detail, be a great listener and be passionate about the legal industry (essential).

  • Driving licence with access to your own vehicle (essential).

  • Commercial experience working in sales or customer service (highly desirable).

  • Experience within the legal field (desirable).

  • Evidence of problem solving and solution planning (desirable).
