Full Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Estates Coordinator to join our team based in Camborne and Redruth Community Hospital, Redruth., Supporting the Senior Estates Manager, the purpose of this role is to ensure that local site services meet the needs of colleagues, patients, and visitors within NHS Property Services premises in accordance with policies and procedures, legislation, and statutory requirements.

The Estates Coordinator will be responsible for the co-ordination of in-house / outsourced services in a facilities service provision across a portfolio of properties.

  • Broad FM and Property experience

  • Knowledge of FM building compliance, Healthcare cleanliness standards

  • Ability to work as part of a team but also capable of working independently within appropriate Delivery guidelines.

  • Demonstrable experience in dealing with Customers, Partners and the public and dealing with sensitive and confidential information.

  • Data-driven decision making

  • Knowledge of achieving service delivery KPIs and associated targets

    This will also include travelling in and around the area. This is a full time, permanent position.

    The salary on offer would be starting from £30,000 per annum.

    A driving licence is required, as this will include travelling in and around the Camborne and Redruth area.

    The working hours will be 08 : 00am - 16 : 00pm, Monday to Friday, however this will also include flexible working.

    For this role, we are looking for a candidate with broad FM and Property management.
