Full Job Description
- Previous relevant event management experience
- Passion for creating outstanding event experiences that excite, delight and educate
- Microsoft Office experience, with heavy emphasis on Salesforce, Cvent, Wrike, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Word
- Experience with any combination of Virtual events, webinars, conferences & exhibitions meeting planning
- Technical experience with Teams Live, Zoom, or other webinar/event technology platforms preferred.
- Very high attention to detail with the ability to be organized, process focused, a problem solver, critical thinker, proactive, ambitious, and customer service focused
- Experience in delivering multiple projects and managing a large number of stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Ability to rebound from setbacks and adversity when facing difficult situations
- Ability to know the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to relate openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people
- Availability to work from the office in Farnborough every Tuesday
- Flexibility to travel infrequently across Europe and have a full driving license
- Research and recommend events and community groups for Pax8 to engage with to achieve its business objectives
- Track all costs to against a set event budget
- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan content for event presentations and communications
- Book transport and hotels for staff and attendees
- Order merchandise and marketing collateral
- Utilise event performance data to calculate ROI
- Drive your own personal development with learning opportunities.
- Basic Salary £25k - £30k (depending on experience)
