Full Job Description

As an Events Coordinator at Lotus, you would be responsible for providing administrative and coordination support related to company events (i.e. brand specific or retailer events) in accordance with central brand guidelines. It's an exciting time to join, so don't miss out!,

  • Manage the planning administration and operational requirements of all local company events in alignment with central brand guidelines.

  • Attend and provide hands-on hosting support of all local events as required.

  • Assist dealers in applying for event space and complying with relevant regulations i.e. specific to the event location or country.

  • Work in cooperation with colleagues within the market/ region to ensure all local events are sufficiently organised, publicised, and attended.

  • Support the local network by providing project management support of aligned retailer events to safeguard the company's customer experience goals and localise central event related content to secure local relevance, credibility and build trust.

  • Provide day to day administration and coordination support related to general PR and marketing topics.

  • Work independently and under the supervision of local Events/ Marketing Management.

  • Provide local support within the UK and work in cooperation with regional Events Management.

    Broad knowledge performing a similar role within a customer centric working environment.

  • Able to work independently (& within a team) and demonstrate problem-solving skill.

  • Strong interpersonal, relationship building and stakeholder management skills.

  • Able to demonstrate self-starting behaviours and a habitual use of own initiative.

  • Organised, reliable and results driven.

  • Excellent coordination, planning, time management & communication skills; both written and verbal.

  • Resilient: Thrives whilst working in a fast-paced environment, under pressure and to strict deadlines without compromising on accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint and Excel) with the aptitude to learn new software and systems.


  • Desirable:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business-related subject i.e. Marketing.

  • Proven events coordination experience within the automotive industry.
