Facilities Assistant

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Caretaker/Facilities Assistant to work on our Rowde campus and sometimes our campuses in Chippenham and Trowbridge.

You will be working with a supportive team and have a genuine passion for working with students with learning difficulties.

The main duties of the role are:

• Key holding, locking/unlocking


• Compliance including legionella, COSHH, asbestos and Fire Safety


• Repair and maintenance


• Assisting with Contractors on site


• Vehicle checks


• Porterage


• Room preparation for meetings and lettings


• Helping to uphold the health and safety of all users of the school
  
  There may be some occasional weekend work required and possibility of additional Adhoc hours. This is a physical demanding role, with a strong, supportive staff team, committed to high standards deliveries.
