Full Job Description

  • Manage diaries and proactively arrange meetings and travel where priorities are constantly changing

  • Helping to manage senior email account, filtering and acting on email content

  • Manage small projects as directed by the FCAS Head of Security

  • Design, coordinate and lead the delivery of external visitor and internal team engagement events

  • Assisting in scheduling and management and tracking of key actions from team meetings

  • Co-ordinate and produce packs for regular meetings, scheduling pre-meetings as required

  • Documenting preparation (e.g. presentations, communications briefs, letters)

  • Liaising with internal and external personnel to coordinate multinational security engagements both in the UK and abroad, The security team has about 50 people who will be responsible for enabling our whole approach on the programme to become threat aware and threat lead. This role provides support to the senior leadership in the FCAS Security team

    Proven experience of providing secretarial and executive administrative support at a senior level

  • Expert user of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Experience of managing business administration processes

  • Able to appropriately deal with sensitive, confidential, and privileged information, The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills and play a key part in leading, coordinating and supporting the team to enable a positive working culture and potential growth within the team in the future. You will have an opportunity to develop by taking on additional tasks and responsibilities for future progression
