Field Care Supervisor (20 Hour Contract)

A position for a Field Care Supervisor has emerged in this well-established and expanding domiciliary care company. The position will see the successful applicant join our existing care management team who together, jointly cover and oversee the provision of care throughout the Cheltenham and North Cotswolds areas., The successful Field Care Supervisor will, along with our other Feld Care Supervisors, provide support to our care staff, ensure new starters are supported out on shadow shifts, carry out spot checks on staff, review care plans, liaise with the families of clients, participate with the on-call - one in four weekends and support the care manager in any duties required, supporting the management team with auditing and compliance, cover care calls as part of your rota or when sickness and holiday cover is required.

This role will involve using IT systems (for which full training will be provided).
Organisational skills and naturally outgoing are highly desired.

The successful Care Field Supervisor will be someone who can act as a good role model for carers, providing motivation whilst also overseeing the quality of care provided., Weekdays Hybrid role of office and out in the field, assist training, mentor staff, spot checks and community calls if needed
