Full Job Description
- Support the delivery of the Trust's financial targets and take day to day responsibility for the management and performance of the divisional Management Accounting team, ensuring the delivery of a professional, dynamic and proactive service.
- You will oversee the preparation and delivery of the monthly management accounts for the division, working with a wide range of stakeholders
- As a key member of the divisional board, you will provide clear, concise, and professional communication; supporting and developing financial models and scenarios for innovative new services and investments
- You will work on highly complex and sensitive information, where collaboration and cooperation with service managers and clinicians are essential
You will be a people-focused, fully qualified finance professional, with clear communication skills and experience in financial management and financial strategy - Working with a range of stakeholders, you will demonstrate a solid understanding of budgetary control processes, budget setting and financial planning, combined with a broad understanding of financial accounting and control issues
- With a supportive and flexible team around you to deliver, you will be able to present and explain financial information in a timely manner that can easily be understood by non-finance managers and key system partners

Working collaboratively you will ensure the delivery of a professional, dynamic and proactive service and take responsibility for providing comprehensive, proactive financial management support to a division. You will be a key part of the finance team providing overall financial leadership to the organisation, supporting the achievement of the finance team vision.

What you'll do
