Finance Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the successful candidate to join a fast-paced operations Corporate Strategy Group on a temporary basis as a Finance Manager. The successful candidate must be able to motivate and manage a team whilst also having a 'hands-on' approach with various accounting tasks., + Ability to collaborate with other teams within the organisation.
+ Balance Sheet Account Management
+ Finance reporting and monthly meetings
+ Supporting and managing a team
+ Month end reporting and data entry
+ Supporting Statutory Accounts Preparation
+ Completion of Annual Budgets
+ Process analysis and improvements

+ Full/Part Accounting Qualification
+ Previous experience managing a team
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills with the confidence to do so.
+ Advanced Excel skills
+ Highly motivated, with the ability to motivate others.
+ Excellent organize, time-management and prioritising skills.
+ Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
+ Demonstrate a flexible approach
+ Trustworthy and reliable, + Prior experience of working within an Electronics or Mechanical Manufacturing/design environment
+ Previous experience working with Oracle system
+ Previous experience with standard costing
