Full Job Description

Are you looking for a role that challenges you and offers you the chance to display your administrative skills whilst providing an exemplary service to clients? As a Case Manager you will be working as part of a growing team, you will have a varied work load and lots of support around you. You will be responsible for liaising with clients and updating them on the status of their mortgage/insurance applications and ensuring this process is carried out in smooth and timely manner.

You will be ensuring all administration is completed correctly, and adheres to internal and external compliance, so a high level of attention to detail is essential. This role requires critical thinking and the ability to use your own initiative. This is not just a data input role.

As a Case Manager you will be:

· Completing all paperwork, document checking, including evidencing income

· Responsible for end-to-end tasks, managing cases through submission, application, document uploads to completion/offer

· Answering incoming calls and liaising with clients, lenders & insurers

· Investigating and resolving queries

· Prioritising caseloads and juggling workloads

· Maintaining all records accurately

As a Case Manager you will have

· Diligence and accuracy in your work

· A proactive attitude

· High attention to detail

· Good IT skills

· Great communication skills

· Experience in working in administration

Salary £24,000 starting, increasing to £25,000 after 6 month probation.

Working Hours Monday to Friday 9am - 4.30pm
