Financial Controller - Part Time (Digital Design Agency)

We are seeking a part-time Financial Controller, a flexible position requiring 8 to 10 hours per week. • Oversee accounting operations, including but not limited to Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.


• Coordinate and prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and report variances to support strategic decision-making.


• Prepare and publish monthly financial statements to provide clear insights into business performance.


• Create detailed reports (annual and monthly) that highlight results, trends, and financial forecasts.


• Ensure accurate and compliant transaction recording, filing, and reporting.


• Uphold standards that meet statutory laws and financial regulations.


• Document and refine business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls.


• Enhance the efficiency of financial operations and accounting systems.
