Full Job Description

The Financial System Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Company's Financial Consolidation and Forecasting System (OneStream), including acting as a liaison between Finance/Accounting and IT.

Principal Accountabilities of the Job:

  • Administer and provide applications development (OneStream) and manage system changes/upgrades for the Financial Consolidation and Forecasting processes. This includes, Metadata Changes, Dashboards, Workflows, System Updates and Process Improvements


  • Oversee Metadata management across other non-OneStream applications utilizing OneStream Data.


  • Maintain account and cost center mappings from ERP systems that support financial consolidation.


  • Design and build reports used in the financial close and forecasting processes.


  • Keep all users up to date on system capabilities and knowledge by providing training and materials.


  • Provide support for users and maintain system protocols in troubleshooting data validation, access, and reporting issues.


  • Development support for the following processes:


  • o Corporate Financial Planning and Consolidation

    o Detailed budgeting including People Planning, and Capital Planning

    o Long-Range Planning
  • Oversee data loading and mapping changes across all operating groups to ensure consistency in consolidation and reporting.

    Typically, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Accounting Information Systems


  • Typically, 4-8 years of industry experience


  • Typically, 4 years of progressive experience working on or with financial system applications


  • Experience with ERP implementations and/or OneStream in a global environment (or similar systems) is desirable.


  • Capable of working on own (self-starter) as well as in a team environment


  • A high level of independent judgment, professionalism and integrity is required


  • Excellent analytical, planning, communication and interpersonal skills are necessary


  • The ability to effectively handle multiple concurrent projects is required as well as flexibility in a complex environment
