Fire Service Engineer

We are seeking a Fire Engineer to join our expanding team.

• Servicing a wide range of Fire systems


• Technology Focused


• Provide high levels of customer service


• Understanding site plans and system documentation


• Provide on-site technical support


• Complete documentation in line with company and industry standards


• Work within H&S guidelines


• Work as part of a 24/7 on call rota


• Advise customers on the latest products and services to improve efficiency
  
  Proactive


• Keen to maintain extremely high standards of workmanship and a professional image at all times


• Knowledge of various systems and protocols


• Well organised and punctual


• Good customer service skills


• Able to follow processes to ensure compliance and regulation


• Hold a valid UK drivers licence, industry relevant engineering: 2 years (required)


Licence/Certification:
