This is a challenging role, and you will be faced with varying needs which can lead to frustrations when there is a lack of understanding of the housing issues, the people we support, face. You will work with a range of different personalities and behaviours so you will need to be able to adapt your approach to engage with a diverse cliental as well as have an awareness of the issues faced by people at risk of homelessness.
