Full Job Description
Our client are currently seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to join the team of a popular Golf Club. The role involves supporting the food and beverage operations, ensuring excellent service delivery to the customers.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve food and beverages ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This may involve light cooking duties such as bacon rolls or burgers.
Provide excellent customer service, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
Take cash and card payments, ensuring proper handling of transactions.
Responsible for stocking inventory and maintaining par levels for supplies.
Keeping the area clean and hygienic, following all health and safety regulations.
Some cleaning duties may be required, including tables and seating areas.
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
