Full Job Description
- Take responsibility for all food and beverage service areas.
- Ensure the highest standards of service to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Be actively involved with recruiting, training and developing the team
- Making sure all control procedures are implemented effectively.
- Follow all Health and Safety and Hygiene company standards.
- Prepare and manage rotas in line with business requirements.
- Be experienced in managing a team in a similar environment
