Full Job Description

  • Take responsibility for all food and beverage service areas.

  • Ensure the highest standards of service to guarantee customer satisfaction.

  • Be actively involved with recruiting, training and developing the team

  • Making sure all control procedures are implemented effectively.

  • Follow all Health and Safety and Hygiene company standards.

  • Prepare and manage rotas in line with business requirements.

  • Be experienced in managing a team in a similar environment

    Russ Hill is a this beautiful country style hotel based in a 19th century manor house, set in nine acres of picturesque grounds, surrounded by glorious countryside, in the charming village of Charlwood. The Russ Hill Hotel is a 189 bedroom-hotel that invites guests to dine at Rusper's Restaurant, which offers traditional classic cuisine.
