Forest School Leader Teaching / Child Support - Part-time

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Forest School Lead to join our team to cover between 3 and 5 days per week in a number of schools that we provide Forest School / Outdoor Learning to in the North Kent. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a deep understanding of the benefits of Forest School. You will be responsible for planning, delivering and evaluating Forest School sessions for children aged 3-12. You will also be responsible for maintaining and developing our Forest School site.
Responsibilities
+ Plan, deliver and evaluate Forest School sessions for children aged 3-12
+ Maintain and develop our Forest School sites across the three schools
+ Work with other members of staff to ensure the smooth running of Forest School sessions
+ Liaise with parents and carers where
+ Report to the Forest School Lead in delivering a consistent approach across the company
+ Be a positive role model for children

+ Level 3 Forest School Leader Qualification
+ Outdoor First Aid
+ Enhanced DBS
+ Experience of working with children
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ A passion for Forest School and the outdoors
