Front Office Manager

We're seeking a talented Front Office Manager to join us at voco St. David's in Cardiff on a maternity cover for 12 months., As the Front Office Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our guest experience, ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional service. Your main responsibilities will be:

• Ensure that FO operations are run in a smooth, efficient manner in line with guest expectations to ensure customer satisfaction


• Contribute to creation of overarching hotel rooms strategy


• Accountable for overall performance of team including guest experience, workforce planning (including rostering) and departmental profit delivery


• Ensure that the teams maintain a high level of product knowledge of the hotel, brand and local area.


• Develop skills and knowledge of all rooms colleagues


• Full Quality 360 accreditation


• Upsell revenue generated from bedroom upgrades and other hotel amenities


• Aware of market trends and able to develop a compelling case to implement new initiatives
  
  To have managed one or more hotel departments for 2+ years in a similar environment


• Leadership experience of or within a large team


• Proven track record with success at training and implementation of process and audit


• Thorough knowledge of statutory regulations ensuring the business is always operated within the law
