Full Job Description

As Front Office Manager you will lead the Front Office operation, always ensuring the delivery of an exceptional guest experience and ensuring all customer enquiries and requests for bookings are dealt with promptly, courteously, and efficiently, always achieving the best revenue streams. you will also oversee all recruitment and continual development of the front office team ensuring departmental objectives for the team are set and feedback is provided on a regular basis.

Based in the Belsfield Hotel you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn't always mean working around the clock. You will oversee all front office operations, from pre-arrival to departure, maximising revenue opportunites for the hotel and ensuring our guests are delighted with their visit.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess proven experience in similar role. You should also be able to display; people management, leadership skills, strong ability to drive KPI's and Communication skills.
