Garden Centre Team Leader

As one of our Team Leaders, your role will include providing great customer service, along with supporting the management team and mentoring our retail customer advisors, ensuring all our customers receive a positive experience once they set foot in the department., Duties will include:
Maintain retail standards across leisure and Christmas dept.
Customer service, including ordering and selling.
Building furniture, helping with Xmas set up.
Manage our social media pages across Facebook and Instagram, by creating weekly posts and content, and responding to customer queries.
Organising team schedules and any staff issues.
Evaluating employee performance and providing training and guidance as needed.
Filling in for absent employees and assisting teams as needed to successfully complete projects.
Ensuring that employees follow company policies as well as health and safety regulations.
Ensuring a high and consistent standard of customer service.
Assist the centre manager in the running of the centre, Supporting him in all areas of Health and safety.
