Gardener

Millfield School is seeking a talented Gardener to join our dedicated Grounds and Gardens team working across all of the School's fantastic campuses., As the Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the school's outdoor spaces, providing a welcoming environment for students, staff and visitors.

A horticulture qualification and experience in a similar role is desirable but consideration will be given to an inexperienced individual showing a positive attitude.

This is a year-round role working 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday from 1st April - 30th September and 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 3pm Friday from 1st October - 31st March.

In return for your dedication and commitment, you will receive a salary of £25,170 per annum along with an array of staff benefits, including freshly prepared lunches for a nominal fee of just £10 per month, access to the school facilities, and discounts/cashback on high street shops and restaurants through the school's Employee Assistance Programme.
