  • The Role

    The successful candidate will:

  • Support annual, quarterly and monthly business planning and forecasting cycles at various levels of the business.

  • Support the FP&A Analyst in tracking engines through the overhaul process

  • Review and analyse aged WIP

  • Analyse and reclass Consignment WIP

  • Prepare inventory reports and supporting data for EXIM credit facility

  • Perform asset reviews, evaluate projects for capitalisation and review with facilities leader.

  • Collate and analyse business performance to understand profitability drivers and propose actions to improve profitability, cost out and cash generation.

  • Support the FP&A Site leader with weekly pulse on financial data to ensure the leadership team are appraised of achieving targets and where opportunities and challenges lie so that the operating plan / forecast can be achieved particularly with relation to overhead cost.

  • Perform month end closing and reporting cycles within both the FP&A and Controllership teams.

  • Get involved in the site wide productivity processes with the Lean team ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of projects.

  • Use lean and ensure continuous development of processes to support the finance function with simplification and will lead projects across finance function

    Essential Requirements
  • Will have completed a Finance/Accountancy/Business degree/masters by 2025

  • Strong/Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

  • Positive can-do attitude

  • Self-starter and able to problem solve using own initiative

  • Able to work as part of a team and actively contribute to team productivity, simplification, process improvements


  • Flexible work style, with good organisational skills with the ability to work to both strict deadlines and under own initiative


  • Desired
  • Work experience or relevant internships within Finance would be advantageous.
