- From basic maintenance to fine-tuning residential properties, you'll be the go-to person for all things joinery, plumbing, basic electrics, painting, and more
- You'll keep the back office in the loop about any issues that pop up, ensuring smooth sailing for everyone
- No two days are the same. You'll be out and about, traveling between properties, collaborating with the team, and tackling any ad hoc tasks that come your way
The employer is on the lookout for a skilled General Maintenance Operative to join their crew of plumbing, gas, and electrical experts. - You've got a solid background in maintenance and the skills to prove it
- You're a self-starter who can handle working solo, but you're also a team player through and through
- Fantastic organisation skills, and able to stick to timeframes
- You will be trustworthy and take immense pride in your work
- A full UK driving licence
General Maintenance Operative Greater Manchester Full Time £29,000 to £34,000 per year dependant on experience - This isn't just a job it's a career. With a long-term contract and immediate start, you'll be part of the family for the long haul.
