Full Job Description

As General Manager you will be responsible for the entire restaurant and you'll lead the way with genuine passion. You'll personally be involved and proud to take complete ownership of your restaurant, team and your guest's experience every day. You will oversee all operations, motivating the team to ensure every guest served receives an unforgettable experience, ultimately creating outstanding, long lasting memories.

  • Hard working, proud and committed- never standing by and watching but rolling up your sleeves ready to muck in.

  • Relaxed and honest with the ability to put people at ease- recognising the needs of our guests/team.

  • Dedicated to the steak experience showing pride in the knowledge of the food and drink and served with a curious nature and the desire to learn and challenge.

  • Straight talking and confident with consistency in what you say, do and achieve.

  • An eye for detail with food, service, cleanliness and the business model.

  • A passion to lead, motivate and develop a team of people- to become the heart and soul of your restaurant.
