Global Events and Engagement Manager

As Global Events and Engagement Manager you deliver world class international in-person, hybrid and digital events for Bupa Global. Ensuring they are fully integrated across every touchpoint - creating unique and memorable experiences that drive positive engagement and sentiment for Bupa Global. You will help Bupa Global to build credibility as a thought leader in healthcare and innovation, by bringing customers the very latest in knowledge and opinion on the biggest topics impacting industry and business

What you'll do:

• Develop and apply specialist expertise, knowledge and experience of delivering market leading events across all regions and customer groups on an in person, virtual and hybrid basis


• Work as a key member of the Bupa Global Marketing Strategy, Planning and Communications team and working closely with Regional Marketing Teams, Sales, Operations, Finance and Clinical Transformation Teams to plan, develop and deliver Bupa Global's events and engagement programme


• Develop an integrated events and engagement strategy for Bupa Global that helps to strengthen and grow market presence


• Create engaging events content including session outlines, key messaging, social media content and post engagement marketing materials, that stretch beyond the event itself, bringing to life Bupa Global's proof points and establishing a clear and compelling why Bupa story and where relevant effectively communicating a call to action


• Project managing all events from start to finish including senior stakeholder management and facilitation of event-steerco meetings with other members of the team and wider departments, to ensure smooth and successful delivery of events


• Working with and briefing agencies, as required, to support event requirements including pre and post event communications


• Managing and develop a Campaign Executive, to ensure they remain motivated, engaged and are supported with their personal development and growth
  
  At least 3-5 years commercial experience in event management, PR or marketing, ideally within the business to business or financial services sector


• Excellent planning and organisational abilities


• Experience in senior stakeholder management and leadership skills.


• Strong written, communication and presentation skills, with a positive persuasive manner


• Creative experience and flair and a strong understanding and empathy with Brand values.


• Experience in managing and developing events budgets


• Experience in managing external agency relationships and projects


• Ability to work with relevant analytics and demonstrated experience in the use of measurement and advertising tracking tools and incorporating results of these tools into engagement campaigns
