Full Job Description

We are looking for one GoLang developer with Blockchain experience to support the dynamic development team of our client, a famous BLOCKCHAIN company. Work on cutting-edge software in an initial 6-12 months contract starting ASAP, with potential extensions. Our client is a well-known BLOCKCHAIN company with IT teams in both London and Geneva, where REMOTE work is possible. Elevate your career with us!

REMOTE work is possible, but there is a preference for the team members to be based in London, so that they'll have the opportunity to collaborate in the London office periodically (eg 1-2 days per month), when necessary.

Background: Our client seeks to offer a scalable and usable blockchain platform for efficient transactions and distributed data applications for consumer, enterprise, and government users.

  • Your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of the Teranode Unbounded software system.

  • You will work closely with senior developers and stakeholders to translate requirements into functional code, participate in code reviews, and contribute to the overall success of the project.

  • Collaborate with senior developers and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and propose efficient and effective technical solutions.

  • Participate in the design and development of software applications, adhering to coding standards and best practices.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, utilizing appropriate programming languages and frameworks.

  • Perform unit testing and debugging of software applications to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable solutions.

  • Assist in the integration of software components and third-party libraries to build robust and scalable applications.

  • Collaborate with the team and other departments to identify and address software defects and performance issues.

  • Contribute to code reviews, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.

  • Adhere to project timelines and deliver software solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations., The applicants attention is drawn to the important role that the curriculum vitae plays in the evaluation.

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • At least 2 years previous experience as a software developer or internships in a professional software development environment is required.

  • Solid understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms.

  • Proficiency in Go.

  • Proficiency in a lower-level language such as C++ or Rust is a plus.

  • Familiarity with web development frameworks (eg, Angular, React, or Vue.js) and Back End technologies (eg, Node.js, Django, or ASP.NET) is a plus.

  • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.

  • Experience with version control systems (eg, Git) and collaborative development workflows.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

  • Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • BitcoinSV and Blockchain knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory.
