L3Harris in Tewkesbury and Fleet are part of our ICI division, we work closely with UK Government and Security Agencies primarily in the areas of crypto/cyber security, electronic warfare, counter drone capabilities and situation awareness projects.

You will be an integral part of a team involved in the development and negotiation of contracts (working cross functionally) to obtain the best possible commercial arrangement without compromising business objectives.

You will be supported to take what you already know and grow with on-the-job training and you will be supported in your short- and long-term career goals by a dedicated Line Manager and Mentor. We will also support the successful candidate with accredited training and certifications.

  • What you'll bring

    The role of Graduate/Trainee Contracts Specialist requires the following experience and skills:

  • A degree in Business Management, Law, Finance (or similar) with a grade of at least a 2:1 or an equivalent qualification and experience (e.g. Apprenticeship)

  • Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships across multiple teams quickly

  • Some basic commercial acumen/awareness

  • Robust attention to detail

  • Analytical in approach
