Grounds Maintenance Supervisor

Support with the management of our grounds maintenance contracts within the Northampton, Peterborough and Midlands region.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and contractual requirements.
- Ensure excellent service standards are achieved for our customers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify contract needs and objectives.
- Monitor contract performance and make recommendations for improvements.

- Lead and supervise our regional Grounds Maintenance team.

Proven experience as a Grounds Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Grounds Maintenance/Horticulture
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

The Supervisor will be working alongside the Contract Manager to deliver excellence service standards across our contract portfolio.
