Full Job Description
- Oversee & manage the entire consolidation process for Westfalia Fruit International's global operations, ensuring adherence to IFRS.
- Lead the Finnivo consolidation system, including template development, data integrity, and user training.
- Prepare accurate & timely consolidated financial statements (income, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Analyse consolidated data, identify trends & variances, and provide insightful commentary.
- Partner with leadership to develop & maintain the 5-year financial plan and annual budget.
- Conduct financial modelling & forecasting to assess strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and other relevant financial reporting regulations.
- Liaise with external auditors for a smooth annual audit process.
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) - Prior experience in a group accounting role, with a strong track record in consolidation
- Proven ability to analyse complex financial data and present findings in a clear and concise manner
- Experience working in a multinational environment with multiple currencies is highly beneficial
- Strong understanding of IFRS and relevant financial regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, results-oriented, and with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Prior experience in the FMCG or fresh produce industry is a plus
