Full Job Description

  • You'll be responsible for planning, development and execution of effective B2B marketing initiatives, from concept through to launch supporting our sales team with outreach

  • Joining our collaborative and influential team, you'll operate in a fast-paced environment and gain great visibility for both you and your work

  • You'll work with the team to ensure our innovative proposition is positioned launched and communicated in the right way to the right customer at the right time to help deliver customer and commercial success


  • What you'll do

    As a Growth Marketing Manager, you'll work closely with the Director of Growth Marketing, as well as the wider marketing and sales teams, to define the right strategies and goals to support our brand and business growth objectives. The ideal candidate is innovative, ambitious, strategic-minded and looking to continue developing their career within a fast-growing fintech surrounded by an energetic and ambitious team.

    Your responsibilities will include:
  • Plan, implement and manage B2B marketing strategy using data and reports to make evidence-based decisions

  • Analyse campaign results and suggest improvements

  • Support strategy of attendance at events, speaker slots and client roundtables, as well as attending events to ensure effective execution

  • Review and manage B2B content and collateral

  • Manage selection and execution of sales events and content partnerships

  • Track KPIs on a regular basis and present reports

  • Work with sales team and contribute to the overall growth of the company


  • The skills you'll need

    We're looking for a creative marketing professional who can bring in-depth knowledge of communication channels and processes.

  • This is an opportunity to use and develop your creative marketing and communication skills, as well as your project campaign and management skills, Self-starter: you are entrepreneurial, with the ability to work well cross-functionally and in virtual teams and confident in working with channel partners.

  • Driven and inquisitive: a thirst for understanding and using gathered knowledge to push through change in the business

  • Problem-solver: able to balance conflicting business requirements (volume, versus targeting and segmentation) to deliver value to the business

  • Creative: think out of the box to deliver engaging and simple communications

  • Proactive: going the extra step to offering insights that provide the greatest amount of added value through communications and marketing expertise

  • Excited to learn: either experienced in marketing and Go-To-Market customer messaging (desirable) or willing to roll up sleeves and learn on the go
